Last year when I started this, I said that I wouldn't be posting often. That has now been proven to be the biggest understatement of last year, look it up, it is. Anyway there are no excusses, except maybe the fact that no one is reading this . . .
But this year, 2011, is the year of change: I will be turning 18 in a matter of months, going on my first holiday without one of my parents, and will be leaving my home to go to universtiy (or 'collage' for any americans) in late september.
But between now and my departure there are many thing to come, for example my biology resit exam in 2 days that i am totally unprepared for. My geography exam in a week and 2 days that i am prepared for, and scholorship exam in 1 month. No comment on that yet.
Besides exams, I have my own goals for this year:
1. Write more on blog (well scince this is posted i have already done that one)
2. Get my weight down from whatever i weigh at the moment (tell you later....maybe) to 9 1/2 stone.
3. Learn how to read sheet music.
4. The one I really want to check done, this time next year......To finish writing my novel, or story as i refer to it as novel sounds as though i am an english graduate (i am not) when it is finished (possitive thinking) i dont know what i'll do with it. i do not think that i will even attempt publishing. (no definatly not) but i'll see if i get there first.
So to all of you out there reading and not reading this, good luck for the year and i'll see you on the other side.

Too much time or so little time (that is the question)
Hi anyone :D
I wonder if i am the only person ever to come into contact with this problem. Here's the scene: It's early in the morning, you get up because you will definatly sleep over or through your alarm, an hour later by now you should be at least half ready, and your still head frst into your pillow. There is at least one person in your house whose awake, you realise that by the time this person normally appears from there bed, your normally putting the finishing touches to you hair and make up or having a quick coffee before you set off.
From this point on you are now them and they are now you, while you rush around like a blind monkey on rollarskates, they stand smugly by the sink, toothbrush half in hand, half in mouth. They take million of years to clean one tooth, as if just to demonstrate they have all the time in the world and you do not.
But even though you walk like a primate on wheels, you manage to get everything done to the same time you usually would any other day, only now you've done it in 20 minutes, not 2 hours!
It's at this moment in time that you think why the other person in your house, the one whoose usually the scateboarding racoon, is not in a rush as well? Then the anwser becomes clear, they walk down the stairs in a swagger, like they are now the godfather, just one minuit before you have to leave to catch the bus, and offer you a lift in half an hour.
You are both pleased, and anoyed that they had not told you in your panic, but take the oppitunity to have a well earned break, with a cup of extra sweet milky tea. For the next half hour you do nothing, even though the possibility that you've forgotten something earlier is incredibly high.
But you ignore it feeling more and more confident about the day, you leave more relaxed than ever, arrive at work/school, look into your bag for one small thing. It is then you see the most improtant file of the day is missing! The thing that niggled at your mind.
From there i would not like to continue my day, but leave you with a thought:
Firstly when time is short how does everything get done much quicker, seacondly would I have forgotten the file if I hadn't induled in the extra time I had, and thirdly are any primates, monkeys or racoons able to take part sports involving timy wheels?
Till the next late night,
The tiny key
